Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, serving as both a source of inspiration and my preferred means of expression. I devote myself exclusively to photographic processes from the early days of photography.
Such processes from the 19th century are described today as “alchemy.” For me, these techniques offer a multitude of possibilities for creative realization.
In my work, I focus on landscapes and portraits, always centering on people, as they inspire me.
I live and work in Berlin.

I am very honored to announce that Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz and Kunstbibliothek acquired a work that is now preserved within the collection. Moreover, it will be shown in a group exhibition with the title “Materialitäten der Fotografie” at Museum für Fotografie in Berlin from December 4,2026 until April 18, 2027. - Silver bath maintenance for collodion wetplates part 2
Part 2 of the series discusses routine maintenance for silver nitrate baths used in collodion wetplate photography. Regular maintenance is influenced by plate size and quantity. Key methods include sunning the bath to remove contaminants and filtering the solution.
